These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Leicesterdrones.com. This website is owned and operated by Leicester Drones Limited, Dock – Space City, 75 Exploration Drive, Leicester, LE4 5NU. England and Wales company registration number 12446339. By using this website, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Warranty On Products Offered For Sale

Products offered for sale by Leicesterdrones.com are done so with a statutory 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Claims made after the statutory 12-months will not be accepted. Any defects caused as a result of crash damage will not be covered under warranty nor will any consequential loss be reimbursed. Operating drones requires practice and a degree of skill, care and attention and this is entirely the responsibility of you, the customer. Consequential damage of any kind will not be covered or reimbursed by Leicester Drone Limited. You may want to consider taking out 3rd party liability insurance to cover any potential cost incurred in this way.

Pricing Errors

If incorrect prices are mistakenly shown on the website, we reserve the right to cancel your order for that item and issue a full refund of the amount that you paid.

Preorder Items

Where an order contains an item which is on preorder we will only ship the complete order out to you as soon as we have all items in stock. We will only send your order in its entirety, we will not part ship orders.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Delivery Method

At Leicester Drones Limited we pride ourselves on dispatching your order rapidly and making sure you receive it in perfect condition. All orders are sent by tracked delivery using Royal Mail, Parcel Force, APC or another suitable service as required. We will select the most appropriate method for your order, however, we cannot guarantee timescales for delivery and delivery times may vary.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined by product and price. You will be able to review the total before you confirm your order. Orders over £200 are free to UK mainland. When the order is under £200 postage rates start at £4.99 for 2-3 day delivery and peak at £11.99 for next working day delivery which includes shipping on Friday before 2PM and you’ll receive it on Saturday before 4PM. When the order is above £200 delivery is free excluding Scotish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. We do not ship on Bank Holidays.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.

Security

Our website is safe and secure, using encryption in the form of https. We protect all data sent and received, we also are verified by Sectigo Ltd so you can be sure you’re buying from a reputable store. In order to prevent fraud we may sometimes carry out extra security and identity checks.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped please contact us through email or phone so we can offer a full refund less any transaction fees.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. It must be unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. In this case you will have to pay return shipping costs. You cannot return unwanted items after 14 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used. Once we have received the unopened undamaged item we will issue a refund less any transaction fees.
